High-performance, Rapid Drying Fiber Enriched Floor Screed Binder
Krete'O'Screed 468 is a rapidly drying, fiber enriched cementitious screed binder based on special additives, hydraulic binders to replace the cement in conventional aggregate based floor screed. It can be used to create bonded, unbonded screeds on separation layers and floating screeds in internal applications where a rapid return to service or handover is required. Moreover Krete'O'Screed 468 is suitable for the production of cement screeds with a high compressive strength& very low shrinkage.

USAGE
Krete'O'Screed 468 is specially designed for domestic, light commercial &
industrial environments as an underlayment prior to application of ceramic/
vitrified tile, natural stone& wooden flooring on both new floors and in
renovation projects. To produce screeds on separating layers, composite
screeds, screeds on insulation layers and heated screeds. To produce an
unbonded 60 to 80 mm thick screeds in residential or industrial environments.
To produce a bonded 20 mm to 80 mm thick screeds. To repair and restore
existing cement screeds. To repair cement-based substrates prior to installation.
APPLICATION
Surfaces must be structurally sound, dry, clean and free from all
contamination. Floor should preferably be ground with a floor grinder to
remove surface residues and to expose the true condition of the floor.
Ensure that all cracks, holes and loose areas are properly repaired before
application. Concrete substrates should be primed using
KRETE’O'BOND ALL for bonded screed.
Coverage :
KRETE'O'SCREED 468 - (Mix 1 : 6) will cover approx 25 Sq. Ft.
@ 25 mm thickness.
STORAGE
KRETE'O'SCREED 468 remains stable for 6 months from the date of production
inside its original sealed packing. It can be stored in protected dry area in
temperature between +5 °C and +45 °C.
