Krete’O’Fix block is ready to use, high performance, nonshrink, self-curing, superior water-resistant cement- based block adhesive specially formulated for joining blocks. KRETE’O’FIX BLOCK adhesive is specially designed and manufactured for excellent adhesion strength, higher durability and superior bonding quality to the joined blocks. This unique combination provide stronger,thinner and versatile thin bed jointing mortar.

USAGE

  • AAC Blocks (Fly ash blocks Aerated Autoclaved Concrete blocks)

APPLICATION

Clean any dirt, loose particles or grease from AAC blocks, fly ash bricks, concrete blocks, RCC or hollow blocks and pre-wet the areas before application. Apply a thin & uniform layer of KRETE'O'PLAST RMM at 6-15 mm thickness using steel trowel and smoothen using flat trowel. Clean off surplus mortarfrom the surface.Finished surface should be cured for 4-5 days. No further addition of water is allowed to unused plaster that has exceeded its pot life of has begun to set.

STORAGE

KRETE'O'FIX BLOCK remains stable for 12 months from the date of production inside its original sealed packing. It can be stored in protected dry area in temperature between +5 °C and +45 °C.
